This article discusses the role of the spiritual heritage of the great poet and thinker Alisher Navoi on the development of historical consciousness in the era of global transformations and revaluation of values. The article provides a philosophical analysis of the historical treatise “Tarihi Muluki Ajam” (“The History of Non-Arab (Iranian) Shahs”), written by Alisher Navoi, through which the poet wanted to express his socio-political principles of building a state and society.
