This article presents the jurisprudential foundations, arguments, rulings, and specific features of women’s social protection. Special emphasis was placed on issues such as dowry, pensions and inheritance, which are the foundations of women’s social protection. It also analyzes the role of women in society, their comprehensive support, and the statement from Islamic law.
