Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekistonda ipoteka kreditlari bozorining shakllanishi, rivojlanish bosqichlari hamdamavjud tendensiyalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida ipoteka bozori rivojiga taʼsir koʻrsatgan omillar, xususan, davlatsiyosati, tijorat banklari faoliyati va aholining turmush darajasidagi oʻzgarishlar atroflicha oʻrganilgan. Shuningdek,mamlakatda ipoteka kreditlash hajmining oshishi bilan bogʻliq boʻlgan muammolar, jumladan, yuqori foiz stavkalari, uzoqmuddatli resurslarning cheklanganligi va aholining kredit olish imkoniyatlari darajasi baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosidaipoteka bozori samaradorligini oshirish uchun kreditlash mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish, foiz stavkalarini optimallashtirishyangi raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy qilish boʻyicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
