Annotatsiya

The paper provides an overview of modern etiological and pathogenetic aspects of inflammatory periodontal tissue diseases, which have a multifactorial origin. At the same time, one of the main factors causing the development of the inflammatory process are periodontopathogenic microorganisms, where actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, rhomopas gingivalis, bacteroides forsythus, prevotella intermedia are most aggressive. Meanwhile, one of the main nutrients for bacteria is soft plaque, which is usually associated with poor oral hygiene. From a pathogenetic point of view, the main link in the development of chronic periodontitis is a violation of microcirculation in periodontal vessels, which is accompanied by a decrease in blood flow rate and the development of periodontal tissue hypoxia, mainly at the capillary level.
