The prevalence of myasthenia gravis is 17.5-20.3 per 100,000 population, inraesing by 5-10% per year. Myasthenic and cholinergic crises are very dangerous in myasthenia gravis, which can be severe and even fatal. In our stady, 36 patients with myasthenic crisis were divided into two groups. After comprehensive treatment, the respiratory muscle strength of the petients in the main group began to recover singnificantly compared to the patients in the control group.
