This study presents the results of breeding research aimed at developing new mulberry (Morus alba L.) cultivars based on the evaluation of economically valuable traits. The experiments were conducted during 2024–2025 at the experimental fields of the Sericulture Research Institute and the “IPAK KO‘CHAT KLASTER” farm in Marhamat district. The breeding lines No. 1-21 (Yangi Andijon), No. 2-21, No. 4-21, No. 5-21 (Vodiy 1), and the standard cultivar Tadjikskaya Bezsemyannaya were evaluated. Morphological and agronomic characteristics, including the number of shoots per plant, shoot length, frost-damaged shoot length, total shoot length, leaf morphometric parameters (leaf length, width, and petiole length), and leaf weight were investigated.
