The article discusses the main differences between traditional management strategies and project management strategies. The task of traditional management is aimed at optimization, stability and preservation of what has been achieved. And the task of project management is to resolve contradictions and search for new zones of success. The implementation of the project requires the introduction of a new full-time administrative position and the creation of an initiative group. The achievement of the stated end goals determines the success of the project.
