PRE-COMPETITION PREPARATION OF YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS: Nigmanov Bori Botyrovich, Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizomi, associate professor of physical education and sports department.
This article examines the challenges faced by young athletes in their pre-competition training and provides practical solutions to these challenges. By reviewing the literature, analyzing existing methods, presenting research findings, and participating in discussions, we aim to increase understanding of how coaches, parents, and athletes can optimize the pre-competition phase for young soccer players.
