Voleybol shunchaki sport turi emas; bu jamoaviy ish, mahorat va qat’iyatni talab qiladigan dinamik, strategik o’yin. O’qituvchilar va murabbiylar sifatida bizning rolimiz o’yinning texnik jihatlarini o’rgatishdan tashqariga chiqadi. Bu voleybolga bo’lgan ishtiyoqni tarbiyalash va o’quvchilarni raqobatbardosh o’yinlarning qiyinchiliklari va hayajoniga tayyorlashdir. Ushbu maqolada biz voleybolni o‘rgatishning keng qamrovli yondashuvini ko‘rib chiqamiz, bu o‘quvchilarni nafaqat zarur ko‘nikmalar bilan ta’minlabgina qolmay, balki musobaqalarda muvaffaqiyat qozonish uchun zarur bo‘lgan fikrlash va jamoaviy ishlashni ham o‘rgatadi.
