This article describes and analyzes the Arabic-Persian sources that provide information about the life and work of Sultan Jalaliddin Manguberdi, the last ruler of the Khorezmshahs (Anushtegini 1097-1231). The extent to which Jalaliddin Manguberdi is covered in these sources and the authors’ approach to his personality are described on the basis of a scientific analysis
