Peripheral nerve system diseases, their diagnosis, treatment strategies, and the implementation of rehabilitation measures are critical for improving patient outcomes. This study aimed to explore the most effective diagnostic methods and treatment approaches for children aged 3 to 18 years with peripheral nerve system disorders, as well as to evaluate the efficacy of post-disease rehabilitation. The research included 100 children treated at the Republican Rehabilitation Center for Musculoskeletal Diseases. Clinical-neurological data, medical history, neurophysiological investigations, and anthropometric methods were used to analyze symptoms such as pain, movement limitations, and muscle strength alterations. The study focused on neurophysiological techniques such as electromyography (EMG) to assess motor and sensory nerve fibers, with results showing various degrees of neurological deficits linked to age and gender. It was found that the incidence of neurological complaints and the severity of symptoms varied significantly across age groups, with increased complaints among girls compared to boys, particularly in younger and older age groups. These findings underline the importance of comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitation approaches in treating pediatric peripheral nerve disorders.
