In modern socio-economic conditions of society development, psychological science and practice are faced with the tasks of finding the most optimal systems for teaching and raising children with different educational needs and opportunities. The main problem is the increase in the number of children with cerebral palsy. The article provides a general description of children with cerebral palsy, given that they will need assistance in social adaptation.
