Annotatsiya

This article examines the issues of improving the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Guardianship and Trusteeship” in line with modern requirements. The study analyzes the role of guardianship and trusteeship institutions in protecting the rights of children and vulnerable persons, as well as existing legal and organizational challenges. Special attention is paid to the digitalization of public services, the introduction of electronic information systems, and the use of artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the efficiency of guardianship authorities. The article also reviews the views of national and foreign scholars and provides a comparative analysis of international standards and foreign practices. Based on the research findings, practical proposals for the modernization of guardianship legislation are formulated.
