The article highlights the issues of combating offenses related to illicit trafficking in narcotic drugsand psychotropic substances among young people, the basics of international and national legislation,domestic and foreign experience in eliminating factors that negatively affect the nation's gene poolthrough early prevention of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as wellas the suppression of new methods of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs. psychotropic and potentsubstances, especially on the Internet, and the improvement of necessary measures in this direction.
