This scientific article examines the issues of real independence of lawyers, their procedural status, aswell as guarantees of their professional activity at any stage of work. At the same time, scientificviews are expressed on the unimpeded implementation of their activities. In addition, scientific viewsof legal scholars on this issue were also expressed.
