This article examines the features of prosecutorial supervision over investigative actions at the pre-investigation stage. The author comprehensively studies the legal framework, practice, and issues of prosecutorial supervision during the pre-investigation stage. The article develops proposals and recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision. The experience of foreign countries is analyzed, and conclusions on improving the institution of prosecutorial supervision in the Republic of Uzbekistan are formulated.
