The article examines the issues of legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in e-commerce, analyzes global experience and trends in the development of legislation in this area. The author emphasizes that AI is becoming an integral part of the modern digital economy, providing companies with innovative tools for effective interaction with customers and automation of business processes. The article provides statistical data confirming the rapid growth of the AI market and its impact on the global economy. Particular attention is paid to the role of international organizations, such as the WTO, in regulating cross-border e-commerce using AI. The author also analyzes scientific research and publications of foreign and domestic legal scholars devoted to the legal aspects of the development of AI technologies. In conclusion, the article offers recommendations for improving legislation in the field of using AI in e-commerce, taking into account international experience and modern digitalization trends.
