In this scientific article, the issue of territory in the implementation of criminal responsibility for crimes related to crossing the state border, the issues of responsibility for this act defined in the criminal laws of some foreign countries, and the experience of foreign countries in relation to the analyzed topic, the relations in this field are studied more deeply. understanding, comparative analysis of the established norms, existing gaps and shortcomings in the current legal documents were identified, specific proposals and recommendations were developed to eliminate them.
