This article analyzes the issues of responsibility for illegal leaving or illegal entry into the country in accordance with the criminal legislation of some foreign countries, taking into account the social danger of the crime under Article 223 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also, taking into account the processes of deepening reforms aimed at migration processes, measures of responsibility in foreign countries for violations of legislation in this area are analyzed.
