This article examines the concept of conditions for conducting operational-search activities, based on its essence and principles, various opinions and shortcomings in carrying out activities are admitted, as well as what should be understood by the conditions for conducting operational-search activities, and based on its analysis, the theoretical conditions for conducting operational investigative activities. A legal analysis was carried out, the opinions of scientists in this direction were studied, and proposals and recommendations were developed for including the definition of this concept in the Law “On Operational-Investigative Activities”.
