The article is devoted to the issues of sexual violence against minors, which in recent years has become an urgent problem for society, and within the framework of this article, based on the opinion of scientists, the author attempts to show the difference between the concepts of "sexual freedom" and "sexual integrity" of minors. Moreover, within the framework of the article, reasonable conclusions were drawn that the improvement of criminal legislation as one of the ways to combat this type of crime is to strengthen responsibility for sexual harassment committed against minors.
