The socially dangerous consequences of committing a crime - illegal conduct and organization of gambling - are considered. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to establish additional liability for the illegal organization and conduct of gambling, where the main object will be the health and morality of citizens. In this regard, it is proposed to amend the criminal legislation, establishing liability, in particular, for a crime that resulted in a pathological health disorder.
