This article discusses the analysis of legislative acts in connection with the further improvement of the system for the execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies, in particular, the procedure for organizing and conducting electronic online auctions for the sale of property in order to ensure the legality, openness and objectivity of bidding for enforcement proceedings; amendments and additions made to the legislation, as well as a unified interdepartmental system of electronic interaction on debt collection on executive documents in order to increase the influence and efficiency of debt collection measures with the widespread use of modern information and communication technologies in this area.
