In this article, the concept of crimes committed by the author using the Internet and issues related to their characteristics, as well as the criminalization of socially dangerous acts related to the illegal use of information technologies, a deeper study of the experience of foreign countries in combating and preventing these crimes and their effective use, this the development of information and communication tools of this type of crime has created an animated version of real life - the virtual world, specific aspects such as the relative ease of committing a crime in the virtual world; that the number and quality of committed crimes are growing rapidly, and accordingly, the implementation of international law norms in the fight against these crimes, national legislation It shows the necessity of further improvement of the marrow system and the opinions of various researchers regarding the study of crimes committed through the Internet network as a form of criminality are cited and discussed.
