In countries around the world, prosecutors operate in various forms.This article analyzes the activities of the prosecutor's office in various developed countries (the Russian Federation, Spain, the Republic of Korea, the People's Republic of China, etc.), as well as law enforcement and other areas on practical examples of the activities of the prosecutor's office in Uzbekistan.The constitutional status of the prosecutor's office was also analyzed, and proposals and recommendations for national legislation were developed based on positive foreign experience.
