The entry of intellectual property into civilian circulation raises the question of the legal regulation of their relations. In particular, the legal aspects of the inheritance of intellectual property are reflected in civil law. As you know, The Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan regulates inheritance issues. However, the features of intellectual property inheritance not expressed in the Civil code norms. This article analyzes the problem of inheritance of a service mark, intellectual property. As a result of the analysis, recommendations were given on improving legislation on the inheritance of service marks
