In the field of protection and use of biological resources, the most important issues are being studied that contribute to the further development of the theory of environmental law. This article proposes to consider the content of the concept of cultivated biological resources, the classification of cultivated biological resources, as well as sources of legal regulation. Issues of biodiversity, flora and fauna, food security, forest use and environmental safety, environmental policies and rational use of natural resources are discussed.
