Мақолада жамоат тартиби ва хавфсизлигини таъминлаш тизимлари ҳамда унда патрул-пост хизматининг тутган ўрни, шунингдек, жамоат тартиби ва хавфсизлигини таъминлаш тизимларида патрул-пост хизмати фаолиятини бошқаришга доир хориж жумладан, Америка Қўшма Штатлари, Франция, Италия, Испания, Исроил, Хитой ва Япония каби давлатлар полиция хизматининг илғор тажрибаси илмий таҳлил қилинган. Мазкур илғор хориж тажрибасидан келиб чиққан ҳолда, юртимизнинг жамоат тартиби ва жамоат хавфсизлигини таъминлаш тизимларини такомиллаштиришга оид таклиф ва тавсиялар берилган.
