Solving the problem of improving the Civil code of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the requirements of the digital economy is the basis of the national concept of the digital economy. This makes it necessary to take into account new trends in the mechanisms of private law regulation of public relations related to digital citizenship. In this article, the author directly emphasized the impact of the digital economy on our national legislation. He also developed proposals and recommendations for the development of our national legislation.
