This article is about issues of modern diplomacy, diplomatic service and diplomatic law in the period of globalization. It considers the concept and various forms of diplomacy, features of diplomatic service, sources of diplomatic law and branches of diplomatic law. The proposals and recommendations are formulated by practical importance for further improvement of the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of diplomatic law.
