The article describes the concept of the legal state, its essence meaning, the establishment and formation of administrative justice in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the planning of changes in the jurisdiction of administrative offenses and transfer them for consideration in the competence of courts of criminal cases, the study of foreign experience on this issue, provides statistics on the cases considered in administrative courts in the past years, as well as considered the possible risks in connection with changes in the organizational structure of administrative courts.
