This article is devoted to the regulation of the relationship between the economy and law. In the article, free economic zones were chosen as an economic category, which created a new system of economic development in the world. Initially, administrative procedures related to the State policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in relation to free economic zones, legal reforms and royalties of investors in free economic zones were considered. Simultaneously, the mechanisms of administrative regulation of the activities of free economic zones on the basis of the current legislative norms in the Republic of Poland and the US states are analysed.
