The article analyzes the regulatory legal acts regulating relations in the field of medicines and pharmaceutical activities within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On medicines and pharmaceutical activities". At the same time, the compatibility of the legislation adopted on the application of the rules established by this law with other legal acts were studied. This article also discusses the rights that are part of the right to health, as well as the powers of government agencies in the field of medicines and pharmaceuticals.
