The article considers the historical aspect of adult responsibility for involving a minor in antisocial behavior. The author analyzes the history of the formation of criminal legislation designed to protect the younger generation from the negative effects of adults. At the same time, during the historical analysis of the legislation in this area and the practice of its application, the researcher identified both gaps and excesses in the criminal law regulation of criminal legal public relations, which will allow the legislator to adopt the current Criminal Code of Uzbekistan in the new state and social structure, consider these factors.
