Countries interaction, constantly happen in conflicts form, either in collaboration form, proved that countries collaboration successfully develops only in effective terms, in connection with most significant aspect of international collaboration between countries becomes integration in all sphere and have competence restrictedly join in international process, that demand learning main reason and benefits participation countries in integration associations.
