Radiology plays a crucial role in the rehabilitation process of patients. It provides essential information for diagnosis, evaluating recovery dynamics, monitoring treatment procedures, and preventing complications. Modern imaging methods, including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), ultrasound examination (US), and radiography, significantly influence the quality of rehabilitation. This article explores the main applications of radiological technologies in rehabilitation, such as the use of MRI for soft tissue assessment, the role of CT in traumatology and orthopedics, and the capabilities of ultrasound for monitoring recovery processes. Additionally, promising methods like functional MRI and the development of telemedicine are discussed. Challenges related to improving the quality and accessibility of diagnostics and ways to address them are also examined.
