This review presents the modern views on the pathogenetic link between systemic inflammation and the immune system with a bile peritonitis, complicated abdominal sepsis, which opens up new opportunities for the development of pathogenetic substantiation of methods of correction of cellular and humoral immunity in a variety of pyo-inflammatory and septic complications.
