This scholarly article provides a comparative legal analysis of the process of digitalization in the activities of constitutional courts as a key factor in ensuring modern constitutional justice. The introduction of digital technologies into constitutional court proceedings is examined from the perspective of expanding access to justice, strengthening judicial openness and transparency, and improving mechanisms for the protection of the constitutional rights of the population. Based on the experience of the constitutional courts of Indonesia, South Korea, European countries, as well as Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus, the article comparatively analyzes the practical application of electronic court platforms, videoconferencing technologies, and artificial intelligence tools. At the same time, the role of these technologies in ensuring procedural justice, their impact on the “feeling of being heard” during judicial proceedings, and public trust in the judicial system are assessed. The article substantiates that the digitalization of constitutional court proceedings should not be limited to technical modernization, but should be regarded as a legal institution that strengthens constitutional values such as justice, procedural equality, and openness. In addition, the prospects for digitalizing the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan are enriched with proposals based on international experience, with particular attention paid to their adaptation and implementation within the national legal system.
