This article examines the judicial practice of economic courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the consideration of applications for recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. The review of cases covers the period from December 2018 to June 2023. As the analysis of judicial practice shows, economic courts mainly satisfy applications for such categories of cases, however, there are cases when courts allow review of cases on the merits.
