The article analyzes the amount of crude protein in the green mass of buckwheat and cereal crops prepared from three different planting dates and different standards. When planted on September 30, it was observed that in buckwheat 10 kg + barley 80 kg, it was 16.4%, in buckwheat 12 kg + triticale 80 kg, it was 16.9%, and in buckwheat 10 kg + triticale 90 kg, it was 17.1%.
