Annotatsiya

The results of the study include data on 118 patients who underwent complex diagnostics and surgical treatment of liver echinococcosis and its complications. A two-stage operation was recommended for patients in serious condition and with complicated forms of the disease. At the initial stage, echo-controlled puncture-drainage and endovideosurgical interventions were performed. Radical operations followed. In the treatment of liver echinococcosis and its complications, minimally invasive methods significantly reduced the incidence of postoperative complications to 3.8% and significantly reduced mortality after surgery. The developed criteria for choosing a method of surgical intervention for liver echinococcosis and its complications allow in 65.3% of cases to perform minimally invasive surgical interventions using endovideosurgery or navigation-puncture methods
