Annotatsiya

The  analyzes the results of surgical treatment of 3266 patients for various forms of cholelithiasis. Bile leakage and bile peritonitis in the postoperative period were observed in 34 patients due to "small" injuries (aberrant hepatocystic ducts of the gallbladder bed - Luschka passages, leakage of the cystic duct stump, loss of drainage from the common bile duct). The developed surgical tactics, based on the data of ultrasound and RPCG, can improve the results of treatment and avoid relaparotomy in 94.2% of patients with bile leakage with "small" injuries of the bile ducts.
