This article investigates methods for improving juice production efficiency from berry fruits. The study analyzes the integration of artificial intelligence-based sorting systems and enzymatic processing technologies. The results demonstrate that the proposed approach increases juice yield, improves product quality, and enhances the stability of the production process. In addition, the use of automated sorting systems reduces human intervention and optimizes technological operations.
