This article analyzes in detail the treaty and legal sources of human rights education. The main content of international legal documents aimed at ensuring interstate cooperation in the field of human rights education is revealed, and their legal characteristics are given. The role of the main international human rights treaties in ensuring and developing human rights is revealed, and appropriate recommendations are given on their basis.
