The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role, place and participation of international universal organizations in the formation and development of human rights education . First of all, the article analyzes the efforts of the main and subsidiary bodies of the UN, as well as specialized agencies for the provision, development and promotion of education in the field of human rights, including human rights, in the member states. As a result of the study, a number of practical proposals were put forward for the further development of the general and special activities of the international universal education system in the field of human rights.
