This article will examine discursive and linguistic images, their manifestation in the text and how they are created by stylistic means. Linguistic, pragmatic, and extralinguistic factors are used to highlight how thinking, imaginative representations, and creative impressions are formed. The article also reveals the semantic and cognitive structure of the discourse, as well as the creative features of the images used in it. Using examples from Said Ahmad’s novel “The Bride’s “Rebellion”, it was analyzed how various stylistic and metaphorical techniques affect the perception of the text.
