This study presents a comparative evaluation of rice genotypes based on economically valuable traits under the conditions of Karakalpakstan. The experiment was conducted under drip irrigation to assess efficient use of water resources. The analyzed traits included productive tillering, number of filled grains, total plant weight, 1000-grain weight, plant height, and panicle length in the Gulistan standard variety and several breeding lines. The results showed that the Almaz (D-103) variety had the highest number of filled grains (1379) and superior yield components. The genotypes D-19 D-105 (D-117) and D-15 D-386 (D-26) demonstrated superiority in plant height (83.3–90.2 cm) and panicle development. Compared to the Gulistan standard variety, several genotypes exhibited higher productivity levels. The findings provide a scientific basis for selecting promising rice genotypes and developing water-saving breeding systems under drip irrigation conditions.
