This study examines the dynamics of biomass formation in spring wheat of the “Saratov” variety under the soil conditions of the Aral Sea region using different fertilization treatments. The results showed that fertilizer application significantly influences the intensity of biomass formation. In general, it was established that organic fertilizers, especially biohumus, contribute to more efficient development of the assimilative surface and accumulation of biomass in spring wheat under the conditions of the Aral Sea region. The optimal treatments can be considered the application of biohumus at rates of 10–15 kg and manure at 15–20 kg, which ensure high growth performance and crop productivity
