This article examines the competencies of the pedagogical community and its methodological foundations related to the study, investigation and application of methodological foundations in the processes of teaching and upbringing, pedagogical education and teaching methods. Thus, the society has developed a variety of moral and ethical competencies aimed at the social and personal development of the individual.
