In this article, in recent years, as a result of the implementation of a number of reforms aimed at the legal regulation of labor relations in our country and the adoption of a New Labor Code, a legal solution to a number of systemic problems has been found. in the field of labor relations, the number of regulatory documents in the field of labor, especially departmental documents, has sharply decreased, and employees and labor noted that a perfect legal framework has been created that can balance the interests of providers. The author also put forward new legal mechanisms aimed at regulating labor relations, issues of their implementation, the importance of the institution of mediation as an alternative mechanism for resolving disputes when considering reinstatement cases in court, as well as the author’s proposals for eliminating problems arising in labor relations. connections.
